I believe that therapy benefits everyone. Therapy will help guide you to answers to questions from the past, present, or future, that may not seem readily available. It is essential to know that everyone is worthy of understanding one's feelings. In times when darkness takes reign, there is an opportunity to find the light within yourself before it takes a mental, spiritual, and physical toll. I hope to be that person that may guide you.  In the safety of our session, I will provide a safe, open-minded, and nonjudgmental space where you can freely discuss your experiences and emotions. I believe you are the expert on your story; therefore, the floor will be yours to explore at your comfort and pace. I understand healing can be painful and uncomfortable but overall worthwhile.  I am excited to learn more about each individual and their unique experiences.
