I help people who are struggling in their relationships with a partner or family member. Research shows that our happiness in life depends most on our closeness to the people around us. If you're in a deteriorating relationship, it can be torture - with feelings of anger, sadness, guilt, confusion or frustration. For some, it plays out with constant conflicts, fights, and boundaries crossed. For others, it's avoidance...pretending the problem doesn't exist, while things get worse and worse. I work with individuals, couples, parents, adult children, in-laws, and step-families looking for solutions to make life easier and more peaceful. I have two master's degrees (Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Communication). I'm trained in a variety of approaches, and I have 20 years’ experience teaching college classes and business workshops in conflict communication.
